We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the merchandise price. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
How to return
Email customer support within 30 days of your purchase and include your order number to start a return.
When applicable, we will email a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days.
Returns must be unused and include the original packing slip or order confirmation.
Refund details
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item(s) to confirm they are unopened, unused, and free of damage.
Return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees are the customer's responsibility.
Large-quantity orders over $1,000.00, or orders cancelled after shipment, may incur a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds are processed 7–10 days after we receive the returned products.
